What’s your shipping and processing time?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 10 to 14 days.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Orders $0–$74.99: $6.95 flat rate

Orders $75–$149.99: $9.95 flat rate

Orders $150 and up: FREE shipping

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

 

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

What’s your return policy?

If you receive an item that’s damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—no hassle.
For all other returns, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. You’ll be responsible for return shipping.

 

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@basecampcountry.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue (and a photo if it’s damaged). We’ll walk you through the return or replacement process.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@basecampcountry.com. Once an order prints, we can’t make changes.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at info@basecampcountry.com.

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking says delivered but you don’t have your package, check with neighbors or your local post office first. Still missing? Email us and we’ll help sort it out.

 

Can I return or exchange if I ordered the wrong size?

We can only accept returns for damaged or defective items—not for sizing issues. Please check the size chart before ordering.

 

How should I care for my apparel?

Wash inside out, cold water, and hang dry to keep it looking its best.
